Supporting our local community
At Willowbank, we’re proud to support local schools, community groups and organisations through donated entry passes for fundraising events and community initiatives. If your organisation is planning a fundraiser and would like to request donated Willowbank passes, we’d love to hear from you.

How we prioritise requests

We receive a large number of sponsorship and donation requests each month, and while we’d love to support every cause, we have a limited allocation of complimentary passes available.

Priority is given to:

  • Organisations affiliated with the Willowbank family and staff.

  • Organisations that have supported Willowbank within the past 12 months.

  • Local organisations and community-focused causes.

Please note, we do not support causes that raise funds for an individual person or privately run charity events.

Before you apply

To help us consider your request, please complete the sponsorship application form below.

We ask that requests are submitted by the 5th of each month, with applications reviewed between the 5th and 10th.

Any donated passes are valid for six months from the date of issue and cannot be extended. Complimentary passes are generally provided as one family entry, subject to availability.

We kindly ask that you provide an organisation or institution email address with your application, rather than a personal email address.

We’re open daily from 9.30am to 5pm - rain or shine. The only exception? Christmas Day, when we take a well earned break.
